Colon Hydrotherapy
The following information is about colon hydrotherapy, however God's Garden does not do Colon Hydrotherapy.
Colon Hydrotherapy is an "Internal Bath" of filtered water. It is a safe, Re-energizing, restorative procedure. This intestinal cleansing is one of the most effective ways to rid the body of toxic accumulations, excess mucus, gas and plaque that may coat the colon walls. A colonic helps to stimulate muscle tone, rebalance intestinal flora, and cleanses the blood, lymph and liver. Efficient elimination is fundamental to improve overall health.
Colonic is good for:
- Sluggish eliminations/constipation, digestive discomfort (excess gas or bloating)
- Lack of energy, improving colon muscle tone, reducing mucus and plaque build up
- Bad breath/body odor, detoxification when fasting, intestinal health maintenance
How often should you need a Colonic?
Just a few sessions can help reverse the effects of years of improper nutrition. An initial series of 3 -12 colonics may be adviseable over a period of up to 10 weeks. Depending on the individual, it has been suggested to have colonics from once or twice a year to monthly for optimal colon health maintenance. Each person's goals may differ. As daily or weekly exercise tightens and tones the outer body, people use a regimen of ongoing colonics to cleanse, tone and rebuild the inner body. An appointment generally lasts for one hour and fifteen minutes. The colon hydrotherapy session requires 40-50 mins. The additional time allows for discussion of any concerns prior to the colonic and feedback afterwards.
Colonics is NOT intended as a cure for disease. It is simply a catalyst to better health. Suggestions by Colon Hydrotherapist/Wellness Coach are not intended as a diagnoses of your condition. Nor is it a treatment for any specific illness. At best, these suggestions will mirror your own intuition about what your body needs and /or recommendations received from your health professional. If you suspect more serious problems, Please consult your medical doctor.
